Plagiarism is defined as:

Plagiarism is NOT tolerated at Washington Prep. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cheating and/or copying: Class- or Home- work, Major Assignments, Essays, Quizzes, Tests, Examinations

Purchasing Assignments: from students, from the Internet

Downloading work from the Internet
Consequences for Violating the Academic Integrity (Plagiarism) Policy:
Providing/Copying class- or home- work: Zero on assignment
Second Offense for providing / copying class- or home- work: Zero on Assignment, Parent Notification
Cheating/Copying/Purchasing/Downloading Major Assignments: Zero on Assignment, Parent Notification
Second Offense for Cheating/Copying/Purchasing/Downloading Major Assignments: Zero on Assignment, Parent Notification, Counselor Notification
Numerous Offenses: Zero on Assignment, Parent Notification, Counselor Notification,
Student, Parent, Teacher, Counselor Conference
